The Profile of Lecturer:
Lin Hui，who received his doctoral degree from the University at Buffalo of USA, is currently a professor of the Department of Geography and Resource Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the director of Institute of Space and Earth information science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He specializes in Environment Remote Sensing, Virtual Geographic Environment, Comprehensive Humanities of Space, and Social Science. He has published more than 200 articles on academic journals at home and abroad.
